2 large or 4 small
cans small peas
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Drain peas and rinse
in cold water. Drain. Combine all ingredients. Toss well. Refrigerate
for 24 hours.
