3 large bell peppers
(seeded) |
| Put peppers in blender with 1/3 cup water. Blend until pulverized. Put in pot with 3 cups vinegar and 5 lbs. sugar. Boil hard 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add 2 bottles Certo and add a few drops of green food coloring. Makes 12 to 13-1/2 pints. Use plain or with cream cheese on crackers. |
