This book is the definitive geneology of the Thomas Nash family of Amelia and Charlotte County, Virginia. Claude's work was based on a previous geneology done by a previous family member in letters he wrote in 1889. This book was an excellent starting point for my own research, but there are many gaps to delve into. Copies of this book are in a few southern and southwestern Virginia libraries. The appendices of this book contains geneological lines of the John Nash family of Prince Edward Co. Virginia and the Traverse Nash family of Fauquier Co. Virginia, which are two families we MAY be related to.
